1. What qualifications do I need?
You must hold a graduate (bachelor’s) degree in any field. Proven experience in multitasking and working with different projects, or organized events, or facilitated small groups is a big plus. You will be expected to set your learning and growth agenda in consultation with your mentor and co-create your pathway
2. Where is this position based out of? Hours?
This is a full-time position. You will have flexibility to set you own hours and will be expected to own outcomes. While location doesn’t matter, proximity to Chennai or Pondicherry is preferred. You will be expected to travel at a short notice to client locations.
3. What is the duration? What after this?
Minimum of 9 months; up to 12 months. You will have the option to apply for a full-time position as a consultant if you complete 12 months.
4. What is the compensation?
You will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25000. On completion of 12 months, you will be eligible for a bonus commensurate with your contribution. You will also be eligible for a scholarship for TAO run leadership and facilitator development program
